Develop your Charisma

Charisma is from Latin and means "a favour specially vouchsafed by God; a grace, a talent". It is often seen as an extraordinary quality in persons, which gives them a unique or magical impact on others. It contains the qualities of personal power, the ability to be empowered by one's own inner resources and the ability thereby to elicit empowerment in others.

In this programme, we offer the possibility for you to get in touch with and express your own unique charisma, something we all possess. This is not to dominate or control others but to impact them for empowerment and for personal benefit, something that is fulfilling for them. In doing this, you explore your own awareness of your presence, here-and-now, both physically and experientially.

You will learn about:

• Your physical bearing in the world and as experienced by others
• How you occupy your space
• Your awareness of yourself
• How you make contact with others
• What comes up for you in contact
• How you empower and disempower yourself
• Empathetic awareness
• What connects you to others

You will learn how to apply the skills of self-awareness in contact with others in truly impactful ways and bring all of who you are into your dealings with others, both at work and in life in general to make a difference of lasting value.
