We therefore take the process of enquiry and planning very seriously and like to work closely with the organisation to ensure solutions will meet the needs of the business. For us, this can often be the most creative part of the whole consulting process and,by involving our clients in this, not only help the business realise what is going on and how it can change, but also support its own responsibility-taking in the implementation of change.

At times, we design and create facilitated events where whole parts of the organisation take part in a collective exploration of the challenges that are facing the business and the creative development of solutions.
